It was raining... I turned up in a hire car with my toddler to test drive the BMW 5 series. This was no mean feat but Mat made the whole process of buying a car stress free! Buying a used Audi A4 Avant from TMV has been flawless. Matt phoned me back on the the same day that i submitted a query. We had a lengthy chat allowing me to ask a lot of questions. I found his to manner to be friendly and relaxed, not at all pushy like a salesman. When I inspected and tested the car I'd say that the written description was thoroughly honest. The photos had shown everything truthfully, and there were no hidden surprises. Matt clearly has pride in selling immaculate cars. Mine had been serviced, MOT'd and timing belt changed, even though it didn't really need it. During the test drive Matt was helpful and polite, with an excellent professional manner. He certainly knows his onions when it comes to Audi. The car is even better than I'd hoped for, and I'm confident that the price was set very reasonably for the spec. Saw the car advertised on auto trader, sent an email enquiring about it and Matt responded with in 10 minutes witch I was very impressed with as it was about 8pm so out of hours, had a few questions about the car and Matt answered all of them with accuracy and was very honest about the condition of the car, hence me taking the next steps too go and look at the car and it was everything he described it was so I decided too purchase, had a couple of questions about the car after buying and Matt treated me as if I was a new customer and answered all of my questions. Great service and great communication through out the process. I was given space and privacy to view the car without constant hovering as you get with some dealers. There were a few dirt marks on the interior which the dealer sorted. The car was washed and in an immaculate condition when I went to pick it up!! I purchased a car a few weeks ago from TOTAL MOTOR VOGUE and I found the service faultless. They opened up specially for me on a Sunday to view the car I was interested in. The car was as advertised and in great condition. All paper work was in order and I the purchase was a smooth transition. After a couple of days we noticed a small issue and contacted MOTOR VOGUE. I knew which car I wanted when I started my search ,I found 2 very similar . Total vogue's correspondence regarding their vehicle for sale made me view first. In fact the more I read about the car the more i was convinced this was the car i wanted. I viewed on a sunday as the owner was very poorly on our original viewing day . he came out on his day off so I could view & test drive which I really appreciated as I could not view during working days. I was handed the key & left to look as much as I wished. I then took a test drive & I did not want it to stop . I could have driven for miles as it was such a beautiful car to drive. I then looked through documents & discussed everything with ease in the clean warm office. Such a kind caring warm atmosphere ,I have never experience this with any other company. There is no push to buy in any way shape of form . This was my car and I felt so comfortable in making my decision to buy through vogue motors. I doubt I'll ever need another car in my lifetime but if I ever do I will always come here first . I was looking to sell my financed car so, advertised it on a car selling platform that traders use. Matt made me an offer for it which was below what "we buy any car" offered but they will take money off for a feather being on the windscreen so I'm quite certain I had the better deal seeing as I live in the middle of nowhere and the leaf drop is pretty bad plus hedge scratches that will polish out won't be considered...cue, price drop! Anyway! I spoke with one of Matts team and arranged for the car to be viewed. The whole thing was easy, seamless and a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be. I was expecting some guy to turn up and look for problems and tyre kick but no! Test drive to check for anything sinister, make sure the car does what it should, quick once over of the body work and have a peek at the service history. Job done. Money transferred into my bank then me on to finance company. Matt and his team have great customer service skills, a genuine guy and patience of a Saint! I expext buying from the company would be just as easy. Would highly recommend. I doubt you will be disappointed.

Excellent dealership, made an enquiry about one of their cars in stock and spoke with Gianluca who was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Went to see the car and the car was as advertised and in great condition, took it for a test drive and bought it. No hard sell all the paperwork was in place and correct and the the car was presented to me clean and in fantastic condition with a 6 month warranty. Cannot fault this dealership, I called up regarding a few vans they had for sale, they arranged a video call and carried out a full walk around the vans showing everything they could pin point, after some discussions I decided to commit to buying one after leaving a deposit they arranged to deliver it to us as we are a fair distance away and could not make it to collect, when they van turned up I could no happier looked better in flesh and just as described. I genuinely can not fault this organisation. The vehicle was exactly as described and because I was a distance-purchaser, everything was achieved via e mail and text within days. They insisted that I was given a video walk-through of the vehicle's exterior and interior before committing to a deposit and they really are a pleasure to deal with. The sales person (The site doesn't permit me to mention his name - else I would) was an absolute star and really went the extra mile to ensure that I was kept informed of progress on a daily basis and that I was able to have the vehicle delivered to my home when requested. We bought a VW Scirocco for my son.
Mat had given us a video call walk through of the car & its paperwork, and he held it for us while we made the 3 hour journey to view and test drive it.
It was worth every penny as it's proved to be fantastic in & out, and most importantly reliable .
When we took it to our local garage for a check over , they said what a great car we had got.

Mat didn't hard sell us, and was a genuinely nice guy.
He's kept in contact since our purchase to check we had no issues...that's proper sales support.

TRUE STORY: First of all excuse my writing if i'll go wrong, so... i remember first time when i jumped in the Uk 6y ago, had no place to leave because of no history in here, had to stay in the motel for nearly 5 weeks until i meet him thru market, his family renting a property.
Because of my nationality(romanian) was hard for me to get a property at that time, money i have had but no trust.
Anyway his family believed in me, took the house and next week he came to my door with a VW Golf MK4 , 51Reg stunning car (still have pictures with her).
This was nothing compare with his words:
-Justin, i heard you saying need a car for work! take my car, this Golf is Swiss watch, you pay me when you start earning...
Just want to remind at that point this proper car dealer use to be a very good mechanic, but the love for cars was to big so became what is it today.
We remain mates, i know him very well, very nice person, friendly, honest, hard worker, gives you a good service and advise if you need it when you have doubts, no hidden ideas or presure on customers.

When you work with pleasure Matt, look after of what you bring in the park and what you dealing, trading with people it means you care and you can't fail.

So I saw a Mercedes on autotrader yesterday and rang up straight away, spoke to Matt and struck a verbal semi deal over the phone. Picked up my wife from work 6pm and we drove to Bedford from Basildon, with the intention of driving back 2 cars. Let me just say the bank didn't exactly make it a smooth experience BUT Matt was 10/10. We eventually left at around 10pm as he knew we wanted to drive back with the merc . The level of service we received from this company can't be compared at all, it's beyond 5 star. Will I buy from them again? I'd be stupid not to. The vehicle looked very well presented and drives well. Great service and great communication through out the process. I was given space and privacy to view the car without constant hovering as you get with some dealers. There were a few dirt marks on the interior which the dealer sorted. The car was washed and in an immaculate condition when I went to pick it up!!
